From the beginning, our desire was to offer authentic, regional Mexican food prepared daily with the highest quality, fresh ingredients and served at affordable prices.

No frozen, canned or foods with preservatives are used in preparing any of our menu items.
Whole vegetarian pinto beans are used in all our dishes.
Chips are fried in 100% Vegetable Oil which is low in calories and saturated fat.
Meats are bought locally.
Only skinless chicken is used.
